Devastating Critique of "The Christian Delusion"

Mark Hanna has articulated and exposed the intellectual, theological & philosophical inadequacies of the various authors of "The Christian Delusion" with great skill. Mark Hanna has a brilliant & razor sharp intellect that gets to the jugular of the fallacious arguments of these atheists and their worldview of ontological naturalism. Their logical fallacies and bad hermeneutics are exposed for what they are and demolished one by one. The various authors of "The Christian Delusion" that Mark critiques commit the same errors again and again piling one on another in their writings, ranging from straw man arguments, circular reasoning, genetic fallacies, self-contradiction, non-sequiturs, tu quoque fallacies, special pleading, equivocation etc to blatant hermeneutical errors in interpreting biblical passages.
The authors of "The Christian Delusion" are close-minded and have no self-critical awareness desiring only to press ahead with their biased agenda. I challenge these atheist stalwarts to write a book refuting Mark Hanna's critiques. As Mark Hanna points out " To rule out the reality of the transcendent Creator God, one would have to be omniscient or succeed in conclusively demonstrating logical contradiction in the concept of his being or in his relationship to the world. Many atheists have expended great effort and ingenuity in attempts to do so, but none have succeeded." (page 23).

With every word, Dr. Hanna unpacks the complexities of Biblical Christianity. He does so in a way that answers the questions of all who have even given Biblical Christianity the slightest thought.

Best book countering "The Christian Delusion"

Mark Hanna has used excellent philosophical and theological arguments showing the fatuous nature with which the nine authors who have contributed to the book entitled "The Christian Delusion" have attacked the Christian faith. As an example, no effort has been made by them to describe what is meant by 'outside test of faith' which they use in their arguments against Christianity. Dr. Hanna shows that the arguments presented in 'The Christian Delusion' are philosophically unsophisticated and theologically naive. It is a must read book for those who accept the truth claims of Biblical Christianity and face unwarranted attack by atheists and/or former Christians seeking to demolish them. The size of the book may discourage young readers. I would strongly recommend that Dr. Hanna prepare an abbreviated version of his material for those who are not in the habit of reading large volumes.
